AllFocusTM EDF Image Gallery - Pill #1
Images of a Pill were acquired with Motorized Lift controlled by ZStackTool and Canon Digital Rebel camera controlled by Canon Remote Capture. The lens was Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 USM Macro Lens with Canon Extension Tube EF12 II. Illumination was provided by Phoenix DRLLED Ring Light. Spacing in the stack was 0.3 mm. Z-stack of 13 images was processed with AllFocus V0.95.
